International Women’s Day on March 8 was a wonderful opportunity to recognize the positive contributions women have had on society. As we gear up for our 25th anniversary celebration next month, it was also a reminder to acknowledge the pivotal role women have played in Havas Formula’s growth and success over the years. To say we couldn’t have gotten to where we are today without them would be a gross understatement. All you need to do is take a look at the numbers – 75 percent of our leadership team and 80 percent of our employees are women. Furthermore, 65 percent of our client contacts are female, and 75 percent of our clients target women as their primary audience. Wherever you look, women play a key part in all we do, and for that we are immensely appreciative. Havas Formula wouldn’t exist were it not for you!

Havas Formula SD was recently named agency of record for SCAN Health Plan, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit Medicare Advantage plans with nearly 170,000 members in California. Natasha Carroll Promoted to Associate Vice President
Havas Formula NY’s Natasha Carroll was recently promoted to associate vice president, leading the Jaguar Land Rover account. Originally from Australia, where she worked at the Red Agency, Carroll has been with the Havas group for more than eight years. Since joining Havas Formula nearly one year ago, she has demonstrated strong strategic planning and client service. Additionally, her passion, drive and ability to generate exceptional results through creative program development are widely recognized by the organization. In her new role, Carroll will oversee all integrated programming for Jaguar Land Rover while contributing to the development of her account team.

Paola Cuevas Promoted to Account Supervisor
Havas FORMULATIN is proud to announce that Paola Cuevas has been promoted to account supervisor in the agency’s Hispanic division. Since joining the company in 2014, she has been instrumental in leading and supporting key accounts such as TurboTax, Nestlé La Lechera, Ecuador Ministry of Tourism, and Mi Pueblo through exceptional client service, media and influencer outreach, and event planning and execution. Additionally, she has managed and mentored the division’s junior staff for the past two years.
