Chase sought to build trust and deepen engagement with underserved families—particularly in Black, Hispanic, and Latino communities—while addressing both immediate back-to-school needs and long-term financial inclusion. Havas created community-based Back-to-School Festival events at Chase Community Center branches in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Akron. These locations were strategically selected to reach families who would benefit most from increased access to financial resources and support. Each event combined school supply giveaways, family-friendly activities, and accessible financial education. Local partnerships, culturally relevant outreach, and on-site banking guidance helped create a welcoming, trust-building experience. Havas strategically promoted events with local storytelling in each market. The program strengthened Chase’s role as a community partner, driving meaningful engagement with families and increasing openness to financial conversations. It deepened local relationships, elevated brand trust, and demonstrated the impact of community-first, purpose-driven experiences.
