We position Smashburger as a leader in the fast-casual space and a relevant contender in the chicken wars by leveraging the launch to create national buzz,  increase exposure and visibility on social media and use the new LTO as an incentive to drive trial and traffic among consumers.

Havas Formula flipped the narrative. Smashburger will make peace and announce a call to ‘end the chicken wars,’ by encouraging unity across all chains for the love of crispy chicken sandwiches in general.
